"We can't teach 21st Century kids with 20th Century Professors and 19th Century theory." That's was the statement I did in one of the Annual Professor's Meetings when I used to teach at an University in my hometown, Florianópolis.

And as entrepreneurs, we also need to adjust to a new way of doing business and living life, a way with less rules and more freedom. At least, that's what I aim for. And this blog is my gift for you.

Here I'm going to share how I'm building my way to 3 independencies: of mind, geographic and financial.

I fell in love with helping people

When I started my career in Finance, one thing that I thought I liked was the fact that I was not dealing with people, only spreadsheets. But, slowly, I came back to my origins, and my true self: I love listening to, talk to, helping and being around interesting people.

When I started my Real Estate Development Business in Florida, I also took the lead role to sell them. And I fell in love. And since I build waterfront properties, why not combine with another passion: yachts?

For that reason, I got my real estate and yacht broker license and started to help more people to buy and sell their properties and yachts in Florida.

Now, I'm helping them worldwide.
