Always forward

Spending the first hour of the morning by myself, drinking my coffee and writing my journal is a routine that I love to do. It's amoment for me to reflect on my thoughts, and learn more about myself. It is also a way to enjoy the slowliness of life, which is something I am appreciatin every day more.

Every era of life is represented by habits that define who we are on that period (or vice-versa). From 8-16, I was the rebellious rocker. From 16-24, I was more the party guy. From 24-30, I was redefining myself. From 30-35, I was cocky and irresponsible. From 35-40, I was growing. Now, It feels I am more slow paced, overdrive-free. I like more jazz guitar than heavy metal; writing in silence, than driving blasting the music.

The silence pleases me more than the noise. It's not that I want a "simpler" life, I like sophistication, however, not complicated is better than complicated. I am looking for a more streamlined daily routine and environment.

I just want things to move smoothly. No rush, but constantly forward.

Not fast, but always forward.
